Freshman Enrollment

First Required Steps Due by March 31, 2023

Welcome to Jesuit!

We are excited to walk through the enrollment process with you! Please do not hesitate to reach out to Tim Host, thost@jesuitcp.org, if you have any questions. The Class of 2027 is going to be amazing!

Steps to Enroll:

Step 1:

Complete the Enrollment Form - DUE MARCH 31
This form should be done by parent and student; it has important information about the handbook, options for your foreign language classes, music/athletic interests, and more. 
Please have your acceptance letter/email handy, as the next step requires information included on it.

STEP 2:

Create FACTS Account - DUE MARCH 31
Apply for Financial Aid - DUE APRIL 18

FACTS is the platform Jesuit uses for tuition payments. There you will be able to select the payment schedule that best suits your family's needs.

Financial Aid applications will be submitted through your FACTS account.

STEP 3:

Begin working on your Preparticipation Physical Evaluation and obtain your vaccination records.
On or before April 14 parents will be provided access to MagnusHealth (an online portal for health information) where they will upload the completed Preparticipation Physical Evaluation form and complete additional steps. All steps are required to be completed before attending classes in the fall and/or before attending courses over the summer.

STEP 4:

Register for Freshman Summer Institute
If your acceptance letter requires you to attend Freshman Summer Institute for enrollment, please visit Camp Brain to register and complete payment for the required course(s).

Optional summer school courses and programs are available to all students, however, Freshman Summer Institute is limited to those who are required to participate.

STEP 5:

Get Ahead in Summer School or Attend a Summer Program
Summer School is available to all incoming freshmen and offers a variety of courses. Visit Camp Brain to browse your options! In addition to Summer School there are various programs for all ages ranging from football, to swimming or diving, to basketball.

STEP 6:

Attend Ranger Rally | Thursday, March 23
Join us at Ranger Rally, the first official event for the Class of 2027. We will kick off the night with a greeting in Walsh Gym followed by dinner and then field games, board games, and video games! You will also have a chance to chat with coaches, meet club moderators, and shop the Ranger Connection. After the Rally head over to Ranger Stadium to cheer on the Rangers in a lacrosse match against the Cowboys of Coppell! The Ranger Rally is for incoming freshmen students only.


Future Steps:

  • Academic Support Services and Accommodations - DUE MAY 30
    Please review the accommodations Jesuit is able to offer for those with diagnosed learning disabilities, ADHD, and medical disabilities. If applicable, mail or email the appropriate documentation to our Learning Specialist by May 30.

  • Placement Tests
    On or before April 14 parents and students will receive information regarding math and language placement tests.
  • RangerNet
    On or before April 14 parents and students will be emailed their RangerNet login credentials. Students and parents will have individual login credentials. RangerNet is our one-stop hub for academics, extracurriculars, academics, MagnusHealth login portal, and day-to-day notifications.
  • Save the Date - Class of 2027 Welcome BBQ, April 26
    You will soon receive an invitation in the mail to attend the Class of 2027 Welcome BBQ on campus. This event is open the all incoming freshmen and their families. Together you will be able to meet members of the class, faculty and staff, and learn more about various organizations.
