Digital Presentations

Branded digital presentations are often needed. If you are in need of templates, for your convenience we have created template .jpgs that you can use in both sizes of standard 4:3 Powerpoint and wide screen 16:9 Powerpoint. Contact Candice Price in the communications office to acquire the template files.

Email Signature

Email signatures – while they may seem personal – reflect upon Jesuit and should represent its brand. Remember to maintain professionalism when utilizing any graphics, extra verbiage, etc. Employees should be cognizant of how their signature renders on other types of computers and devices besides their own, and be mindful of how they can affect the tone of every email they write.

Personal quotes that are not in alignment with the mission of the School must not be included in an employee’s School email signature.

When using email signatures that include School logos, employees should be especially mindful of the recipient. Most email clients store images as attachments or block them by default.

Employees must not reproduce the logo from anything other than approved art and approved electronic files. Approved artwork can be obtained or developed through a request sent to connect@jesuitcp.org or by contacting the Director of Communications (ext. 588).
