Trademarking

Jesuit Dallas and the Jesuit Dallas Shield are federally-registered trademarks. The use of trademarks on merchandise or in relation to goods and services requires the express permission of Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. This applies to all students, alumni, staff, faculty, manufacturers, retailers, and customers.

The use of ® or TM is not practical in some applications or on certain products. In such cases, the School requires the manufacturer to produce a hangtag or label for each individual item that represents it as officially licensed with the following statement: The marks on this product are trademarks of Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas and are used under official license.

Licensing

Licensing agreements will be considered on a per case basis. A license to Jesuit Dallas-owned trademark rights will be subject to terms and conditions that may be unique to each application.
