Records Office

The Records Office is located in the Administration wing. The Records Office at Jesuit Dallas handles all student registrations, re-registrations, health forms, grades, VOE's and scheduling information for current students.

The Records Office also handles transcript requests for all alumni and students in grades 9, 10, and 11..

Notary Services

Notary Public Services are available in the Jesuit Records Office for Jesuit documents and at the front desk at Jesuit from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each school day. If you require a notary during a different time, please call Diane Camara, x366, to schedule an appointment. State law requires all notarization's must be done in person by the person requesting the service along with proper ID. See Texas Notary Website for rules and regulations.

Transcript Information

All graduates, withdrawal students and students in grade 9, 10, and 11 may request transcripts from the Records Office.

Students in grade 12 must request all transcripts from the College Coordinator in the Counseling office.

All requests for transcripts from the Records office will be completed within 48-72 hours. Official transcripts must be sent from Jesuit to the receiving party. All other requests will receive a student issued copy. All requests must be in writing. Please contact the Records office by fax - (972) 661-9349, email or mail with your request including the address to which your transcript is to be sent. Request Transcript via email.

If you are an entering freshman or transfer student and need to submit your previous school transcript, you may print the following form and submit it to your son's previous school.

Verification of Enrollment

All Verification of Enrollment forms must be requested from Diane Camara in Records. Students must present some form of picture ID to obtain the form. Proof of Enrollment forms are required by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles until the student reaches the age of 18 years.

Incoming Freshman and Transfer Students must contact their previous school to verify their last 90 days of attendance.
