Great question!

Jesuit is currently reviewing all summer opportunities based on the community status and outlook of COVID-19. No decisions have been made about summer offerings for 2021 as of this point; however, we encourage you to check back for updates and registration information. Jesuit is partnering with CampBrain for the registration process. Payment is due at the time of registration. You will be notified by email of the confirmed registration and, in the case of full classes, your placement on the waitlist. Interest is HIGH so please make sure and plan accordingly!

To register for the Ursuline Academy programs (Musical Theater or Global Expedition Camp), please click here. Note: If your son/daughter is doing camps at both campus please be aware of the dates and times. There is no sponsored transportation between the two campuses.

You will receive a confirmation email from Jesuit and CampBrain. You will also receive a confirmation of the payment via an emailed invoice. Please make sure and enter your contact information accurately, as many programs will provide additional (e.g., dropoff/pickup and attire) information closer to the start date.

In addition to access to experts in their respective fields and experiences on a state-of-the-art facility, your son or daughter will be provided with all of the equipment needed for enjoyment and success.

All students participating in the academic programs will have some form of a tangible 'take away' from the program. This may include several pieces of art they created or a robot they create!

If you registered and a conflict has arisen that will impede your ability to participate, please contact Ben Kirby (bkirby@jesuitcp.org) as soon as possible. He can discuss the process for withdrawing from the programs. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and dependent on the program and the timing.

While some of the programs are self-explanatory (e.g., basketball camp), some others might have a bit more unknown. As we approach the start to the programs, the teachers will be sending a detailed class activity list so you can see exactly what your son or daughter is doing each day. All teachers have submitted their programs for approval...and they are all going to be filled with great discovery and fun!!

All of the instructors of the academic programs are Jesuit faculty and/or Jesuit alumni. All of the contact information will be shared in the registration information and you are always able to connect with them about the plans, etc.

What to bring to camp...a great question.

Water will be available to all athletic camps; however, every student should dress appropriately. Sunscreen is a must and every student should bring a personal waterbottle for hydration.

Use of electronic devices (e.g.. phones) is different for each program; however, the school does have phones available for student use if needed. Coaches and teachers will communicate if there are any specifics for their programs that warrent specific accommodations.

All of the adults interacting with the programs have been screened through a background check. Furthermore, all employees have completed Safe Environment training and Bloodborne Pathogens training.

Full-time trainers will be available during the summer programs.

Please make sure and complete all medical forms accurately so we are aware of the medical needs of your son or daughter.

We realize things can come up on the day of camp. Please communicate directly with the facilitator of the program so they can best advise you about where they will be (location on campus) or what will be happening.
