Help us get our jingle on for the 2021 JWA Christmas Bazaar

Saturday, December 4, 2021, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Proceeds benefit Jesuit students and the Jesuit Scholarship Fund. This event would not be possible without our more than 200 volunteers. Thank you in advance for the gift of your time and support of this community-building event. Set Up Santa - Help set up the Terry Center and duties that are assigned day of by Bazaar Chairs and Set Up Chair. 

Volunteer Check In - Check in volunteers, direct them to their area and assist in other ways as needed.

Vendor Check In - Check in our Bazaar vendors, handout their packets, answer questions and direct them to their assigned areas.

Donating Baked Goodies - Make or bake a favorite family treat and drop it off at Jesuit during morning and afternoon carpool on Friday, December 4th. Big sellers are homemade cookies, cupcakes, pies, brownies, cakes, candies, fudge, preserves, salsas, breads and trail mixes. No store-bought goodies please. 

Please send your treats in clear packaging labeled with any high allergy foods (i.e. peanuts or tree nuts). We will do all the wrapping and decorating to make each item look fantastic and ready to purchase.

Bake Sale Set Up - Work carpool the morning before the Bazaar collecting donations or help decorate and wrap the baked goodies, we sell at the Bake Sale. We provide all the supplies. 

Bake Sale - Help man the Bake Sale area and sell baked goodies to our guests.

Pictures with Santa - Assist the Picture with Santa chairs with photo printing, keeping the line moving and other duties as they arise day of the event.

Concessions - Sell drinks, snacks and sandwiches to our guests in the Terry Center or Cafeteria Concession Stands.

Raffle - Sell raffle tickets, answer guests’ questions about raffle and help giveaway prizes won.

Back Up Volunteers - Sign up for a slot that helps when and where needed as things develop throughout this fun day.
