Announcements for May 4, 2020:
- Open Mic, hosted Rawley Schott '20, will occur on MS Teams this Thursday, May 7th at 3:30pm. Join the OPEN MIC team to watch or perform. You can either decide "on the spot" if you want to perform or you can reserve a spot in advance by emailing Mr. Marr at cmarr@jesuitcp.org.
- Juniors: The Big Brothers application is now available. You can find the application on the front page of Moodle. Applications are due Friday, May 15th. You will be notified of your selection by Tuesday, May 19th. For questions, please email Mr. Murphy or Mr. Patterson.
- The Roundup invites applications for its media team. Click here to apply. This is for being a part of the media team, which is going to be doing cool things this year. Please read through and answer all require questions. If you would like to be a writer for articles, please contact Editor in Chief Patricio Boy.
- Student Council class officer elections will take place next Wednesday, May 6th from 8:00AM-4:00PM. Click here to learn about the candidates before you vote.

- Pope Francis announced Sunday a proposal for an Interreligious World Day of Prayer, Fasting, and Charity to end the coronavirus on May 14th. See more about this here.
- Mother's Day is 5 days away! Say a prayer for moms and mother figures in your life using one of these prayers.

- Since today is Rosary Wednesday and the month of May is dedicated to Mary, consider praying the rosary today along with Pope Francis's two prayers to accompany the rosary during the coronavirus. You can find the steps to pray the rosary in a variety of languages here.

VOE Forms
- Due to school closures around the state, the requirement for Verifications of Enrollment (VOE) forms is being waived for students pursing driver licenses. Jesuit is closed and not providing VOE forms. Please refer to this site for more details.

- The Jesuit Roundup would like you to consider being a part of an emerging team of media personnel. Our current Media Editor, Silas Hartman ’20, will sadly be graduating this year and we want to continue expanding our media presence throughout the school and in our world. We are looking for people who are interested in being involved in taking pictures for articles and photo galleries, making films, profiles, and interviews, streaming shows and events, managing podcasts, or expressing themselves creatively in artistic ways such as in music or art. If you would like to apply, here is the application.
