A man of many interests, junior Joey Trigiani is regarded as a “true servant leader, doing his best to balance his grade-level responsibilities while always thinking of how he can best help the student body.” Trigiani’s care for his classmates is acknowledged by his peers, who recently elected him as student body president for the 2021-22 school year.

Trigiani’s term as president will mark his fourth year as a member of the student council. A talented artist and member of the varsity tennis team, he also serves as a freshman retreat leader and student ambassador. Trigani’s service activity currently includes PALS and Interact, a leadership organization that supports the refugee population of Dallas. Also, a member of Hope Squad, students and faculty alike pushed for his recognition as Ranger of the Week.

“Joey truly exemplifies a man for others,” said a nominating member of the faculty. “He is always looking for ways to serve and he has the gift of making everyone he interacts with feel important. He genuinely cares about others and it is evident in every conversation he has.”
