Junior Kenneth Nazareth led the Jesuit Dallas student team in creating our “Messages of Hope for Ukraine” program, which featured a display last week on campus where students could write messages of hope, peace, and prayer for the refugees living at the Jesuit refugee center in Poland. The letters, handwritten in Ukrainian, will be sent to the refugee families this week. 

A faculty advisor marveled, “Kenneth's creative approach, coupled with his dedication and drive to make an impact, led to a successful program, with hundreds of our students participating in offering messages of support for the Ukrainian people. It was a tremendous display of leadership and love.”

Kenneth, who is participating this summer in the Guatemala immersion program, is deeply immersed in the Jesuit Dallas Medical Society, entrepreneurship club, human rights society, and is a member of both the cycling and swimming & diving teams.  

“Kenneth is awesome,” added one of his teachers. “As a transfer student, Kenneth really jumped in and has participated in so many different activities, including our microbio extracurricular class. He is so kind, curious, and intellectually gifted; an extremely talented and thoughtful young man.”
