Athletic Information - Bag, Passes, Booster Club, and Preseason Forms
ATHLETIC BAG -- Order your son's "official" Jesuit Dallas athletic bag, custom made with heavy weight canvas. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Available at the Ranger Connection
ATHLETIC PASS – Available to all Jesuit students, the Athletic Pass enables a student to attend home event sports: football, basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, rugby, wrestling and track – all for one price. Deadline to order is August 18, 2020: Click Here to purchase yours today!
ATHLETIC BOOSTER CLUB MEMBERSHIP -- Its mission: to facilitate communication to parents, create team liaisons, raise funds, and build community to generate support for each sport. It is comprised of an executive board and 19 parent booster groups. Click here to learn more and register!
Vos Parate and the first day of school
Vos Parate - This means "be prepared" and is intended to get everyone ready for the start of the year! It is a student-only day and, unlike previous years, Vos Parate day will include a full run of student schedules. Students should attend on their assigned day (see below) in dress code with their face mask. All students will begin their day in Homeroom. Counselors and teachers will be in the halls assisting all new students.
There will be two identical Vos Parate days this year and they are scheduled using the Blue/Gold cohorts.
- Tuesday, August 18th: Blue Cohort ONLY. Gold Cohort students and those opting for 100% eLearning have no school responsibilities on this day.
- Wednesday, August 19th: Gold Cohort and students opting for 100% eLearning ONLY. Blue cohort students have no school responsibilities on this day. (Note: Students attending in 100% eLearning will be provided MicrosoftTeams information several days prior and should plan to attend according to the schedule listed on their schedule.)
On their assigned day, students will follow the schedule listed below:
- DropOff/Arrival: 7:45-8am.
- Pickup: after After 3:30pm. There are no afternoon activities.

Student Parking
As the fall semester approaches, student parking passes will be on sale beginning in August through our website. Only students with a current and valid driver's license may purchase a parking pass. Logon to jesuitdallas.org/students to purchase according to the following dates:
Class of 2021: Beginning August 3 at 9 a.m., parking passes may be purchased online on the Jesuit Dallas website for $160. A class of 2021 parking pass is valid for both on-campus parking when available or for the Anderson Lot across Willow Lane. Members of the senior class may have on-campus parking only on a first-come, first-served basis with this pass. The online sale for the rising seniors will close on August 7 or when they are sold out.
Class of 2022: Beginning August 10 at 9 a.m., parking passes may be purchased online on the Jesuit Dallas website for $160. Parking passes are valid for the Anderson Lot across Willow Lane. The online sale will close on August 14 or when they are sold out.
Class of 2023: Beginning August 17 at 9 a.m., parking passes may be purchased online on the Jesuit Dallas website for $160. Parking passes are valid for the Anderson Lot across Willow Lane. The online sale will close on August 21 or when they are sold out.

Academic Details (Schedule, Handbook, and School Messenger
HANDBOOK AND MEDICATION: All students and parents are expected and required to read, understand, and acknowledge the Student/Parent Handbook and medication authorization forms before the first day of school. This can all be completed within RangerNet under the parent account.
SCHEDULES: Schedules are available on RangerNet. Students and Parents should login and view. Mrs. Molly O'Sullivan is the appropriate contact for questions or changes.
TEXTBOOKS: Textbook information is posted here. Please pay close attention to the digital requirements - many of the materials are provided by Jesuit on the first day of classes. If you have questions, please wait and ask your teacher on the first day.
SCHOOL MESSENGER: In the event of a school closing or emergency, this service will enable us to communicate quickly and directly families using telephone, email, and SMS. Text "subscribe” to 68453 on any cell phones you listed in on your RangerNet directory records to receive SMS text alerts. We will only contact you via SMS text messaging in the event of a school closing or emergency. You will only receive SMS text alerts if you subscribe.

CELEBRATION AUCTION -- The Celebration Auction is a Jesuit Dallas tradition that supports need-based financial aid for deserving Jesuit students. Approximately 26% of our students receive some kind of financial assistance. Many volunteer opportunities are available through this annual event that will take place this year on March 27, 2021. Community Service and Social Justice is looking for parents/guardians of current students who would like to engage in our social justice initiatives. GRANDPARENT INFORMATION -- Our grandparents are an integral part of the Jesuit Dallas community. Help us improve our records so that we can include grandparents in all the latest school news and invite them to participate fully in the community experience. Grandparents’ Day is traditionally held on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Currently it scheduled for November 22, 2020. Please check the website for any updates. JESUIT DALLAS MUSEUM -- Jesuit Dallas Museum is a remarkable center for innovative visual arts. The museum collection offers a unique opportunity for bringing to life the curriculum our students are studying and offers new forms for historical evidence, scientific insight, and artistic inspiration. Internationally celebrated artists include: David Bates, Dale Chihuly, Salvador Dali, Robert Indiana, Roy Lichtenstein, Claes Oldenburg, Jose Orozco, Diego Rivera, Robert Rauschenberg, and others. JPATS -- Jesuit Parents appreciate Administration, Teachers, and Staff. Opportunities abound! Provide delicious homemade goodies for the faculty and staff to enjoy at one of the events we host during the year. Not a cook? Gift cards and raffle prizes are also needed.
JWA -- Jesuit Women's Auxiliary. Members join together to foster community across all of Jesuit Dallas through many social, spiritual, and service-oriented activities. A wide range of committees offer many choices in volunteerism, allowing members to become acquainted, grow in friendship, and stay connected.
MENTOR NETWORK -- A vibrant resource of current parents helping parents of new or transfer students to become acquainted with Jesuit Dallas. Please plan to attend our kick-off meeting – full of important information – on August 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Location is TBD.
MOMS IN PRAYER -- An international organization that unites moms together in prayer for their children's school communities. All Friday mornings at 9:15 a.m. that our sons are in school, Jesuit mothers meet in the school chapel to pray for one hour.
PARENT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES -- Sign up to help with the hospitality tables during Parent Teacher Conferences, Parent Information Nights, or Admission Interviews. Assisting with mailings for Parent Newsletters, Admissions, or the Principal's Office is another opportunity to be on campus throughout the year.
RANGER CONNECTION – Check out our new space! Jesuit's Spirit Store is open M-F 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. when school is in session. The store is also open during home football games from 6-8 p.m.
ST. IGNATIUS CLOSET -- Opening on August 13, 2020, in conjunction with the Mentor Network Kickoff meeting! JWA’s community outreach project provides gently used/previously loved school clothing (blazers, dress shirts, ties & pants) to current and future Jesuit students. Since this is a project by the community and for the community, monetary donations are welcomed but not necessary. For more info, email us at stignatiuscloset@gmail.com
