Become a Vendor

The 29th Annual JWA Christmas Bazaar will be held on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022, on the campus of Jesuit Dallas. Proceeds from the bazaar directly benefit the school and its' programs. Applications will be available for submission May 1 - June 15. Late applications will not be accepted. Applications will be reviewed together and accepted vendors will be notified by July 15. Payment will be due after your business has been accepted.

The bazaar is a juried event with vendor applications reviewed by a volunteer committee. To ensure the event remains interesting to the public and profitable to our vendors, we work to offer a wide range of items, limiting similar vendors as much as possible. Booths are limited to one per vendor.

Each year we receive at least twice as many applications as the 110 spots we have available. For that reason, we will not be accepting applications of vendors who are independent sales consultants for national merchandise, such as Mary Kay and Stella & Dot. We receive the most applications from jewelry vendors. Special consideration will be given to those who sell high-quality, unique jewelry that is either handmade/not widely available. Special consideration will also be given to vendors who sell Catholic or other religious or traditional Christmas items.

Setup will occur from 5 - 9 p.m on the Friday prior to the event. This allows time for students to easily depart campus and for vendors to arrive in an orderly fashion.
