Senior Cash Riley sets an example for his classmates on and off the field, bringing an infectious energy and positive attitude to Jesuit every day. His service work includes Meals on Wheels and Bonton Farms, an organic farm that provides fresh food to vulnerable communities in Dallas.
“When I think of Ranger of the Week, I think about Cash,” said a nominating member of the faculty. “He is truly one of the nicest men in the senior class. His friendly approach to life permeates the School hallways. Cash often takes the time to ask his teachers on a regular basis how their families are doing. He cares. He is a well-rounded student athlete who sets an example for others to follow.”
“Cash has an infectious personality,” echoed one of his baseball coaches. “He is a hard worker, and a leader on the team, in the classroom, and in his community. He is always willing to give his time and to put others before himself.”
When not focused on his studies or his work in the community, Cash can usually be found hanging around Wright Field as a member of the varsity baseball team. Last year, he hit a grand slam in the Ranger’s playoff win against Arlington and finished the season earning Honorable Mention All-District honors.
Congratulations to Ranger of the Week, Cash Riley.
