Senior Henry Limber has taken seriously his charge to be a role model for his classmates and younger Jesuit students. A two-time freshman retreat leader, junior Kairos leader, and senior Big Brother, Limber remains an active participant in leading various programs for the freshman class.
Said a nominating member of the faculty: “Henry is one of the absolute kindest and most down to earth students I know. During the freshman retreat this fall, he gave an outstanding prayer talk to his small group. Henry has a spirit of generosity and faith that he lives out in service to others.”
A dedicated member of the track & field team and car club who recently earned the rank of Eagle Scout, Limber has devoted his senior year to providing critical support to the School’s new partnership at “To Be Like Me,” where he assists the presenters with special needs in coordinating their presentations. Over the summer he traveled to Guatemala as part of Jesuit’s service immersion outreach, and has been a service leader in PALS, Manna for Others, and Meals on Wheels.
One of Limber’s classmates added, “Henry is a tremendous pick for Ranger of the Week. He loves making his friends and fellow students laugh. He’s hardworking, passionate, and always quick to make sure others feel included and valued.”
