Junior Parker Wale ’26 is a mission-centered student who has set a standard for others by giving of himself. Helping to pilot the United to Learn Volunteer Corps, Parker recently led Jesuit’s participation in United to Learn’s Community Campus Day and assisted in the creation of a mindfulness room for the students and faculty at Frederick Douglass elementary school. His exceptional leadership was acknowledged by Dallas ISD and United to Learn staff, who commended his efforts to ensure a positive outcome.

“Parker is dedicated to academics and service,” a Jesuit administrator shared. “He commits himself to a rigorous workload in the classroom and has been demonstrative in taking advantage of opportunities to serve in the community.”

Parker has completed service projects with SOUL Church, the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas, Hope for Honduras, and the Jesuit Refugee Outreach Program. In addition to his leadership with the United to Learn Volunteer Corps, he recently finished his third season as a member of the swimming & diving program – with several nominations complimenting him for the way he cares for his teammates.

“Parker is a great leader both in and out of the pool and in the classroom,” one nomination read. “He works hard every day in practice and is always there to encourage and lift-up his peers. I love working with him on service projects and having him in class. Parker is a true Man for Others.”

Congratulations to Parker Wale ’26, Jesuit Dallas Ranger of the Week!
