Widely praised for being the consummate teammate and friend, senior Charlie Wilson’s impact in the Jesuit community was described by one nomination as “exceptional.” A leader in the Big Brother program, Charlie was recently selected to the Hope Squad, earning audible accolades from his peers.

“Charlie has been the epitome of what a senior Big Brother should represent,” expressed another nomination. “He is a leader and has gained a high level of respect among the students. Last Friday, Charlie was seen giving a passionate speech to his freshman homeroom. He continues to go above and beyond for our community and is an excellent role model.”

A valued member of the Jesuit Dallas Baseball program, Charlie is completing his senior community service practicum at EQUEST, where staff have highlighted his compassion, empathy, and kindness in his support of clients, many of whom live with disabilities, PTSD, or special educational needs. He is also a member of the Pilgrimage of Hope senior service intensive program, which promotes a culture of life, care for creation, and celebrating God’s presence in nature and ecology in solidarity with our neighbors.

A teacher shared, “Charlie is an incredibly positive leader in the school, and someone who leads with kindness, respect, and encouragement,” while a coach added, “He is the kind of young man who is always a pleasure to be around. His positive energy and attitude consistently brighten the day of everyone he meets. Thoughtful and introspective, he cares deeply about becoming the best version of himself and inspiring those around him to do the same.”

Congratulations to Jesuit Dallas Ranger of the Week, Charlie Wilson ’26!
