Described by one administrator as “an agent of faith in action in his care for those who are most in need,” senior Christian Bilger is a leader in the classroom, on the field, in service, and in the spiritual formation of the student body. Christian was a group leader on the Jesuit Medical Mission in Guatemala this past summer, while he also served as a guest speaker at the at the Jesuit Leadership Summit for rising eighth-grade students.
“Christian is a friend to all and quickly becomes the person everyone looks to,” detailed a staff member. “He takes on a lot of responsibility and always follows through. He is someone that students can rely on to help bring their visions to life and is always looking for ways to make Jesuit a better experience for each student.”
Christian is a founding member of Rangers for Life and was elected president for the 2025-26 academic year. An Executive Big Brother and captain of the Jesuit Dallas varsity soccer team, Christian serves at Charlin Health and Hospice as the senior ambassador for his cohort and was selected as a Kairos retreat leader this year. Last year and while serving as the Rangers for Life community service chair, Christian helped organize multiple volunteer initiatives, including Hike for Life, a house cleaning day at In My Shoes, and the School’s first ever diaper drive, which resulted in Jesuit collecting and distributing nearly 10,000 diapers to four maternity homes in Dallas.
“Christian’s humility keeps him under the radar for most of us, but he is as thoughtful and generous a young man as there is on campus,” said a longtime coach and teacher. “He arrives to class every day with a positive attitude and lots of enthusiasm. He is sincere in his service and authentic in his faith. Christian is a true Man for Others, and we are so lucky to have a leader like him on campus.”
Congratulations to Rangers of the Week, Christian Bilger ’26!
