Whether it is giving classmates impromptu guitar lessons, leading service initiatives, or creating new pathways for student success, senior Nate Fabriga ’26 has been highlighted for his all-around engagement in school and commitment to others. This past year, Nate established and continues to lead the Academic Improvement Club, which is designed to collaborate on study skills and practices and dedicate time to communal studying.
“Nate is an amazing young man; a true leader and one that others look up to,” exclaimed an academic program director. “His leadership in creating the Academic Improvement Club was extraordinary. Over 100 students have signed up and the club continues to grow.” A faculty member added, “Both gifted intellectually but humble, grateful, and kind. Nate has certainly begun to internalize the key traits of The Profile.”
Recognized as a College Board National Indigenous Persons Scholar, Nate was a member in the Ignatian Service Corps the past two years and was selected to serve as a Kairos retreat leader as a senior. He was an exemplary leader in the Guatemala service immersion program last summer and represented Jesuit Dallas at the 2024 Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice in Washington, D.C. This year, Nate is serving with the St. Patrick’s Refugee Outreach program while participating in the entrepreneurship club, Jesuit Dallas Robotics, and as an outside hitter and defensive specialist for Jesuit volleyball.
“Nate is incredibly committed to the student experience, both for the benefit of himself and his classmates,” a staff member described. “He shows tremendous leadership and is a great role model and true Man for Others.”
Congratulations to Nate Fabriga ’26, Jesuit Dallas Ranger of the Week!
