Challenging his senior brothers to take the spirit of Kairos with them wherever they go, Noah Zaferero ’26 was praised by his peers and staff after serving as rector of Kairos 98. It was the latest in a series of distinctions for the Executive Big Brother and freshman retreat leader.

“Noah is a wonderful young man,” wrote a member of the campus ministry team. “In addition to leading a small group of his peers, he was the shepherd for all of the students on Kairos and did an outstanding job in his role as rector. Noah was also an outstanding freshman retreat leader and dedicated many hours to the spiritual development of our youngest students. He is thoughtful, empathetic, and an exceptional leader.”

A member of Jesuit Dallas Football, DECA, and the AMDG Program, Noah has been involved in a number of special education and travel programs through the service and justice office, including the leadership teams at Belong Disability Ministry and Kinetic Kids. He also took part in last year’s immersion to Monterrey working on site at Casa San Nicolas, and this year, is supporting the Ignatian Scholars Program at St. Patrick’s Catholic School.

“Noah’s faith informs his dedication to others,” another nomination described. “He is always so positive and willing to try new things, and that positivity is contagious. His kindness, care for others, and openness to the experience is reflective of a true Man for Others!”

Congratulations to senior Noah Zafereo ’26, Jesuit Dallas Ranger of the Week!
