Seating Requests for Dinner

The seating request page is now available and will close Wednesday, April 10.

After purchasing ticket(s), you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on accessing the Seating Request Form. You may also access the Seating Request Form at the bottom of this page. Seating is available in tables of 10. To confirm seating, fill out a Seating Request Form after purchasing tickets. Once you access the page with the form, you will complete the following:

(1)   select your name from the menu
(2)   submit the email address that matches the ticket receipt email
(3)   reserve your seat and the seat of a guest if you purchased two tickets.

Ticket purchasers are responsible for selecting their own seating (and the seating of their guest) and will not be able to reserve seats for others.  All seats are filled on a “first come, first serve” basis. Each ticket purchaser may select a maximum of 2 seats, 1 seat for his/herself and 1 seat for a guest (if applicable).

The seating request form must be submitted online by Wednesday, April 10.  Tables with fewer than 10 members may be combined with other requests with less than 10 students to fill all tables.  In the event students do not request a seat, they will be seated at a table that has available space.

Rules & Expectations
  • Students must arrive at the entrance no later than 7:30 p.m.
Jesuit does not permit students to enter after 7:30 p.m.  Students who arrive at the entrance after 7:30 p.m. due to unavoidable circumstances may be admitted if accompanied by a parent/guardian to sign in their child and guest.
  • Students and their guests agree to remain at the prom until dismissed by the school's administration at the end of the event. During the dance, students will not be permitted to leave, for example, to go to their cars for forgotten items.
  • Students and their guests agree to abide by all Jesuit school policies.
  • Dress Code is formal attire. Jesuit and Ursuline students are responsible for seeing that they and their guests observe the dress code in order to gain admission to Prom. Above all, please remember to keep your attire appropriate for a Jesuit and Ursuline event.  Students whose attire does not meet the standards of Jesuit and Ursuline requirements may receive consequences from their school.
    • Most young men wear tuxedos, but a suit is also appropriate.
    • Ladies’ attire should be in good taste and appropriate in cut and length for a school function (no bare midriff, no backless dresses, no cutouts, and no plunging necklines).
