Program cost varies from camp to camp - all relevant information is listed in our camp catalog and registration pages.

Full payment is required at the time of registration. A cancellation fee may be assessed for any cancelled registration. 

Great question!

We want everyone to be fully prepared to enjoy every day of camp and be ready on day 1. Your camp director will send you information via email with any and all specific items you need to bring.

We do ask that all participants label personal items (e.g., water bottle and hat) with their first and last name so we can make sure and return any misplaced items during the camp weeks. There will be ample opportunities to reapply sunscreen and hydrate, so make sure and pack those if you will be outdoors. All programs will adjust camp locations and activities based on weather.

PreK4-8th grade summer camp drop-off and pick-up locations will vary by camp but will either be on our main campus (12345 Inwood Rd) or at our Dove Fieldhouse (12121 Inwood Rd- corner of Inwood Rd and Willow Ln). 

Once you have registered, you can expect communication with more specific details from your camp director no later than one week prior to the first day.

Your camp director will communicate directly and promptly if there are any changes to the schedule due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstance.

The camp registration process requires every participant to submit information about health and medical needs. Please be as complete as thorough when completing the form. If you have any questions about the activities or programs, we encourage you to reach out to the camp director directly.

Athletic trainers will be present on campus during all camp programs.
